Our second annual Wrike Elite 100 competition was fierce this year. With even more nominations than last year, our judges had the opportunity to read through reams of incredible achievements by our Wrike super users.

This year, we added two new categories: AI Strategy and Engagement, alongside Analytics, Collaboration, Innovation, Orchestration, and Results. The judges were blown away and had a tough time choosing from such staunch competition.

After careful deliberation, last week we announced the winners! And with that, we're kicking off a new blog and webinar series where we interview Elite 100 winners and get all their tips and tricks for using Wrike.

We'll also explore more customer-focused content at Collaborate, our annual virtual conference next week.

Meet our 2025 Elite 100 winners

After careful deliberation, last week we announced the winners!

AI Strategy: Grant Gotwald, SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park

Grant built an “AI idea evaluator” that integrates seamlessly with Wrike to transform the innovation intake process, cutting manual overhead, improving submission quality, and speeding up review cycles across the organization.

Analytics: Caitlin Henry and Brooke Beuthling, Minnesota Vikings

Caitlin and Brooke elevated Wrike dashboards and capacity planning to guide headcount, partner profitability, and strategic decision making, enabling leadership to align projects with organizational goals and prevent team burnout.

Collaboration: Max Fisher, WPP

Max united onshore and offshore teams, managing more than 120 client campaigns in just three months by establishing Wrike as a single source of truth, creating custom workflows, and driving adoption across the agency.

Engagement: Toby Mankertz, Columbus Global

Toby drove stakeholder engagement and alignment during a complex digital transformation by using Klaxoon to capture and prioritize thousands of ideas in structured, visual workshops that shaped the roadmap.

Innovation: Chris Tinsley, SharkNinja

Chris designed and implemented a dual-space model in Wrike, creating a scalable, real-time “command center” dashboard. This improved visibility, cut review cycles nearly in half, and saved thousands of hours per month.

Orchestration: Anna Kravcova, Scopely

Anna developed a Wrike-based skills database that enhanced resourcing, transparency, and workforce planning, while also launching a vendor evaluation program that improved accountability and strategic decision making.

Results: Isabel Acosta, Starbucks

Isabel delivered a full project launch in just 10 weeks (a process that previously took 39 weeks) by using Wrike blueprints, dashboards, and automations to accelerate execution without compromising quality.
