With Collaborate 2025 now a wrap, I find this year's conference especially poignant. As we near our 20-year anniversary, this event felt like a declaration of our vision for the next era of work management.
Over the past two decades, in partnership with our customers, we've shaped Wrike into a powerful, multimodal platform that manages every aspect of modern work. Now, we're embarking on a new journey of human-led and AI-assisted productivity. To me, this isn't just a feature set; it's a new philosophy — the key to unlocking the full potential of every individual and every team.
During today's product keynote, I had the privilege of sharing our vision for the future and unveiling a suite of exciting innovations to help us achieve this powerful balance of human and artificial intelligence.
Let me take you through what I believe are our most game-changing new releases.

Wrike Whiteboard: Visual collaboration, supercharged
I mentioned evolving into a multimodal platform. We've observed a fundamental disconnect in how teams work: great ideas are born in one space, but the hard work of execution happens somewhere else entirely. The acquisition and integration of Klaxoon this year expanded our collaboration capabilities, bringing new and more advanced ways to move quickly from idea to execution, all in one platform.
In 2025 alone, users have shared over 21 million ideas and collaborated on Klaxoon boards more than 112 million times. That's a creative goldmine for organizations, an internal archive of the best of human ingenuity. But ideas are only valuable if they can become action. Teams can take those ideas and quickly execute them by leveraging AI to sort, summarize, and bring them to life in project form, right in Wrike.
My conviction is that this capability should be available to everyone. That's why we launched Wrike Whiteboard today. Available as an add-on for all Wrike users, it will enable teams to brainstorm, organize, and present ideas — all from one easy-to-use interface.
Here are some key features that will help you turn inspiration into impact, faster than ever before:
- A free-form canvas for ideation and collaboration
- AI-powered clustering and whiteboard setup that can transform ideas into actionable plans
- Dynamic presentation boards with live Wrike widgets
- Future integration with Wrike Copilot to embed live project data into whiteboards
We'll have more information on Wrike Whiteboard very soon — visit our weekly release notes to keep up with all the latest Klaxoon developments.
Wrike Copilot: An intelligent assistant for work management
How much more could you achieve if you didn't have to spend hours every day searching for information, updating colleagues, and creating reports?
Wrike Copilot can make this a reality. Designed to act as a fast, smart assistant, it can help you get instant insights, summaries, charts, and recommendations in seconds. Because technology shouldn't require a steep learning curve — you can just ask questions the same way you'd chat to a human colleague.
For example, you might ask, “Which marketing projects are at risk right now?” “How many projects did our freelancers complete last month?” “Tell me how many IT requests are currently overdue?” Wrike Copilot doesn't just surface this information for you; it can present it exactly the way you need, as a list, diagram, or chart. Watch how it works in this short video.

Wrike's agent builder: Automation 2.0
When we developed Wrike Copilot, we saw it as the first step in a much larger journey. We always knew we wanted to move beyond asking for insights and recommendations — we want to start delegating work to AI. That's why we're pushing hard into the era of agentic AI.
For those of you who might be wondering, AI agents are digital teammates that can manage workflows, orchestrate tasks, monitor risks, and adapt to changes in real time.
Today, I'm excited to introduce you to our brand-new agent builder, which empowers users to create bespoke agents in minutes. That means you can design, test, deploy, and manage a custom agent that can be embedded into your workflows to automate your most time-consuming tasks, like writing weekly reports.
The best part? You only have to provide a simple prompt (using natural language) and our point-and-click interface will build the agent you need — with no code and no complicated configurations.
If you're not sure how to get started, we also provide three out-of-the-box solutions that can accelerate and automate teams' most routine tasks — freeing them up to focus on more important and impactful work.
These ready-made agents include:
- An intake agent to manage your intake queue, checking to make sure requests are complete and prompting for more information if anything is missing
- A triage agent to intelligently classify incoming requests, and help the team organize and prioritize them
- A risk agent to scan projects and monitor for risks. It will automatically alert project managers with notifications before the issue escalates
If you would like to learn more about how this works in real life, our Head of AI, Andras Horvath, dives into this in more detail in his blog post, “Meet Wrike agents: The no-code AI solution to supercharge your team's productivity.”

Federated space configuration: The key to scaling seamlessly
There is no source of truth more important to me and the product team than our customers. Their feedback isn't just data; it's our compass. That's why we constantly ask our customers about their needs, so we can focus our attention where it really matters. This year, in answer to our community's requests, we focused on making Wrike simple to onboard, adopt, and scale.
More than three-quarters of our enterprise customers have already embraced new governance and reporting features that optimize Wrike accounts, dramatically accelerating new-user onboarding and cutting administration time by up to 95%.
The next chapter in this story is what we're calling federated space configuration: the ability to publish teams' space configurations for the use of other teams in the same Wrike account. This not only minimizes time spent on setup and standardization; it also encourages greater collaboration and innovation across teams, departments, and enterprises.

Workflow solutions: Holistic fixes to common challenges
We already have a wide range of smart features, cutting-edge tools, and time-saving templates.
Now, we're going one step further by turning them into powerful, prepackaged solutions that will meet you where you are, fulfilling your needs and accelerating your workflows.
These include:
- Workflow solution suites: Ready-to-use solutions for marketing, client service delivery, product lifecycle management, and portfolio management
- Solution templates: The ability to turn your best-practice spaces into repeatable workflows, including custom fields, CITs, dashboards, and more
- Solution Center: A valuable resource of trusted templates from industry leaders and a place where you can share your own hard-earned expertise
These high-tech shortcuts provide a launchpad for success, cutting out wasted time, speeding up delivery, and turning industry best practices into internal daily processes.
A human-led, AI-enhanced future
What I unveiled at Collaborate 2025 represents a great rewiring of the way work gets done, from that first creative spark on a whiteboard to a flawlessly executed project and scalable solutions that can empower an entire organization.
As a product leader, I believe technology is at its best when it augments, rather than replaces, human capability. Our advanced AI has moved far beyond just managing tasks for you. It's now so powerful that it supports and strengthens the uniquely human qualities that truly drive success: creativity, strategic thinking, and the pursuit of excellence.
But there's a deeper, more personal mission here for me. It's about making work fulfilling again. By freeing teams from repetitive, energy-draining work, we can bring joy and purpose back to the workplace. We can bring back the space to think, create, and grow.
Read more about these innovations, share your workflow builds in our Solution Center, and connect with your account representative to learn more about how our powerful new capabilities can transform your teams. I am incredibly proud of what our team has built, and I am even more excited to see what we will build in collaboration with you. Let's rewire the future of work together.
