Collaboration gets better and better in Klaxoon

When we agreed to acquire Klaxoon last year, it was to create new opportunities for team collaboration, presentation, and engagement — to take workflows to the next level. This month, we made a trio of updates to help us deliver on this promise.

1. Comment directly on Klaxoon boards

Now you can add comments to any object or Klaxoon board, which means no more sticky note hacks or direct messages — just easy, breezy communication. You can even @mention teammates and use a quick-access panel to see all comments at a glance.

2. Open Wrike work items from Klaxoon boards

Decided on a new direction in a Klaxoon session? Don’t waste time — update your Wrike work item straight from your board. You can view and update custom fields, comments, attachments, and more — with no need to switch tabs, log in and out, or scribble a reminder for yourself for later.

3. Import selected items from Wrike to Klaxoon

We’re all about neat, ordered, organized workspaces here in Wrike, which is why you can now preview and select only the items you want to import from Wrike to Klaxoon. That means no more clutter, no more confusion, and no more time-wasting searches for relevant information.

Bird’s-eye view of forms now available

For many Wrikers, a form is the first step in a functioning workflow — the method with which my colleagues request new content from my team, fresh fixes from IT, and the answers to queries from legal. We make them customizable so they can be adapted for any team, department, or organization.

Some of our big enterprise customers have dozens or even hundreds of forms, and it’s important that they know how well they’re functioning. In response to this demand, we’ve introduced new configuration governance tools that offer a bird’s-eye view of all account and space forms.

Admins, operations teams, and anyone with permission can now see every form — across public, private, and locked spaces — with details like creator, creation/edit dates, sharing status, public links, outputs, and destinations. Plus, there’s a handy status toggle for drafting or archiving forms, and alerts for any broken forms.

This offers better clarity, improved risk control, and greater opportunities for refinement and improvement. It’s our latest example of “You asked, we answered!”

New: Analyze workflows to optimize your accounts

Another way we’re working to improve governance for our enterprise-level accounts is by helping users analyze workflow usage.

If you’re juggling too many configuration options, it might be time to clear house, but where to begin? Our recent release will give you clear, actionable data that’ll help you make informed decisions about what to keep and what to archive. Now you can:

  • See how often each workflow is used, who’s using it, and when
  • Track workflow changes over time by analyzing time used
  • Spot which workflows are active or largely inactive
  • Communicate the purpose of each workflow with custom descriptions

Want to know the best part? Retrospective usage data is available for the years 2024-2025 in existing accounts, so you’ll have plenty of historical patterns to work with. We’re here to help you clean up your configurations and streamline your workflows in sophisticated, clutter-free workspaces.
