Intro

The impact Wrike will have on your team’s working habits should not be underestimated. Wrike will affect many aspects of daily work in profound and positive ways including how you communicate, how you collaborate, and how you provide visibility into the work you and your team(s) are doing. 

This paradigm shift can be intimidating and overwhelming, so in order to achieve sustainable change, we support you on this journey throughout the deployment process. 

This is one of the topics we return to over and over again. We will be sharing resources and training along with general guidance provided through our deployment sessions.

What is change management?

Activities are undertaken to help people feel (and be) ready for change. Our goal is to ensure the transition to Wrike is successful in the long term.

Why is it important?
