Terms & Conditions:
By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.
Timing:
The Wrike Elite 100 Awards Program (the “Competition”) begins at 12:00:00 am (PT) on May 29, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm (PT) on July 14, 2025 (the “Entry Deadline”).
Eligibility:
The Competition is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Australia, Canada, Japan, and any member country of the European Union who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who, through their employer, have a paid Wrike account. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Wrike, Inc. (the “Sponsor” or “Wrike”), its subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person are not eligible to participate. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Wrike’s own Customer Success Managers will be permitted to nominate Customers on their behalf for entry, subject to Customer’s agreement in advance. All nominations received will be treated fairly and objectively regardless of the manner in which the nomination was made. No purchase is necessary to enter.
Government entities are not eligible to apply unless the majority of their funding is derived from non-governmental sources. For example, Wrike users from state universities or similar institutions may apply.
Please note that this Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
How to Enter:
Eligible participants may enter by completing and submitting the Wrike Elite 100 Awards Program Nomination Form (“Nomination Form”). You may nominate yourself, a peer, or a team at your organization.
By submitting this nomination, you give Wrike permission to use your company name and nominated story in marketing materials promoting the Wrike Elite 100 Awards. Company logos will not be used in any promotional materials or on the landing page unless explicit consent has been given by an authorized representative of your company.
If you are selected as a finalist, you also consent to Wrike displaying your photo, name, job title, and company name on the Wrike Elite 100 landing page. If you wish to be removed from the page at any time, you may request removal and Wrike will promptly comply.
Your prior consent must be obtained for Wrike to use the nominated story in marketing materials not related to promoting the Wrike Elite 100 Awards.
To enhance your application, you are welcome to email screenshots of your Wrike instance to [email protected]. Any screenshots shared from your Wrike environment as part of your nomination will be used solely for the purposes of evaluating your nomination and will not be shared outside of Wrike. All nomination details are kept confidential and will only be shared internally at Wrike unless consent to share publicly is obtained.
It is possible that the Wrike team may reach out to Entrants to request permission to use information from your submission; however, Entrants may decline these requests or make changes before approving. Nothing will be published without Entrant’s review and explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any stage prior to or after publication.
If you applied for the Wrike Elite 100 last year, you must submit a project or achievement from the past 12 months that was not included in your previous application. This ensures that all returning applicants are recognized for their most recent and relevant accomplishments.
Entries must be received by the Entry Deadline. Wrike is not responsible for any incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or undelivered entries, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected by the Wrike Elite 100 Awards Program judging committee according to the criteria set forth in the Wrike Elite 100 FAQs
Notification:
Winners will be notified via email to the contact email provided in the Nomination Form. In the event that a potential winner is not eligible, forfeits, or is disqualified for any reason, Wrike will use a ranked order of submissions to select the next winner on the list.
Prizes:
In addition to being featured on Wrike’s website and across its digital channels as an expert in Wrike and collaborative work management, all winners will receive a gift box containing special edition Wrike swag and a custom engraved trophy to display in their office. Winners who cannot receive gifts due to their corporate gifting policy will receive the trophy only. Winners may also have the opportunity to speak on the main stage at Wrike’s annual user conference, Wrike Collaborate 2025, sharing their experiences and insights with an international audience.
All finalists will receive a custom commemorative pin for themselves, and upon request, for their team members. The pin is valued at less than $25 to comply with most corporate gift policies.
The category winner’s gift box (including limited edition Wrike swag and a custom engraved trophy) is valued above $50.
Prize Restrictions:
Limit of one (1) prize per individual or team submission. More than one prize can be given to an organization if more than one individual or team from that organization applies and wins in their selected category. All prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made available, except at Wrike’s sole discretion. Wrike will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Wrike reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Each prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income. No more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these rules will be awarded.
Conditions:
By participating in the Competition, entrants and prize winners agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of Wrike, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Wrike reserves the right: (a) to disqualify permanently from this Competition any entrant it believes has violated these rules; and (b) to verify eligibility of entrants.
By participating in the Competition, entrants and prize winners release Wrike and its employees, directors, officers, agents from any and all liability or damages with respect to or arising out of participation in the Competition and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the Competition. This Competition is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to any conflict of laws provisions.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Wrike (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Wrike’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Wrike) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Wrike; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
- Any entry that contains content that Wrike, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive or inappropriate in any way or that Wrike considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, or contains any special category personal data will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at Wrike’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
- As a condition of entering this promotion, the winner(s) agree to participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to this promotion as requested by Wrike and its agents. All nomination details are kept confidential and will only be shared internally at Wrike unless your consent to share publicly is obtained. It is possible that the Wrike team may reach out to you to ask for your permission to use information from your submission; however, you may decline these requests or make changes before approving. Nothing submitted during the competition will be published without your careful review and explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any stage prior to or after publication.
Use of Data:
- All information collected from entrants in connection with their participation in the Competition will be handled in accordance with Wrike’s Privacy Policy which can be found here. Personal data will only be processed in accordance with Wrike’s Privacy Policy. Company logos will not be used in any public-facing materials unless explicit consent has been given by an authorized company representative. Any screenshots submitted as part of your nomination will be used exclusively for internal evaluation purposes and will not be shared outside of Wrike.
- If you are selected as a finalist, your photo, name, job title, and company name may be displayed on the Wrike Elite 100 landing page, but you may request removal at any time.
- Wrike may disclose personal data to third-party prize providers for the Competition’s administration and prize fulfillment purposes, or in order to comply with any legal obligation. To the extent that entrants include any personal data of any other party, it warrants and represents that it has received all the necessary permissions or consents to do so from such parties, based on the country where the data subject is located, which are required for Wrike to process the entry.
- At any time you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection by contacting Wrike at [email protected]. You also have a right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
