Do professional services have an implied warranty?

The purpose of implied warranty is to protect consumers even if a warranty has not explicitly been stated. For example, you may buy a secondhand freezer with the expectation that it will keep food frozen. You later discover that it does not work. Here, you are entitled to seek a refund or replacement based on implied warranty.
